Rice and Pasta Blend with Broccoli in a Chicken Cheddar Cheese Sauce… one of my favorites from Knorr’s Rice Sides.
Top-of-stove cooking directions:
In medium sauce pan, bring two cups water, 1 tbsp margarine (I used butter in mine) and contents of package to boil.
Stir. Reduce heat and simmer covered in 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
Let stand about 2 minutes. Stir and serve.
A pack could actually make two good and fair servings for just an average rice-eater like me.
